Residential Construction Programme Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Construction Programme Manager to spearhead the development and management of detailed construction programmes for residential housing developments.
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction programmes using Asta Powerproject.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Managers, Site Managers, Design, and Commercial teams to synchronize programmes with design, procurement, and build strategies.
- Sequence works logically, incorporating lead times, procurement schedules, statutory approvals, and utilities coordination specific to Irish residential projects.
- Identify critical paths, key milestones, and potential risks, proposing mitigation strategies where necessary.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to validate lead times and integrate them into the programme.
The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of the Irish housebuilding process – from greenfield site to handover, including groundworks, utilities, timber frame/traditional build, and fit-out. Familiarity with Irish construction regulations, planning requirements, and BCAR (Building Control Amendment Regulations) is also essential.
A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in programme management within residential construction is required for this role. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
