The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements, and delivering high-quality service delivery to agreed SLAs. They will also be expected to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and manage contractual obligations such as Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of services to contractual requirements and service level agreements.
  • Ensure control measures are in place to ensure safe working environments for subcontractors.
  • Implement quality measures and procedures to achieve feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and communicate complex financial reporting forecasts.
  • Develop and present regular business reports for all services covered under contract.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and manage contractual obligations such as Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Actively communicate and coordinate with clients regarding operational needs.
  • Measure and monitor the effectiveness of service delivery against agreed SLAs.
