Job Opportunity: Live-In Caregiver

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team of live-in caregivers. As a live-in caregiver, you will have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care and support to our clients in their homes.

The ideal candidate will possess a CNA license and at least 1 year of experience in home care. Additionally, they should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care
  • Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
  • Prepare meals and snacks
  • Light housekeeping activities
  • Medication reminders
  • Respond to the client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
  • Assist with errands and shopping.
  • Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.

Qualifications:
  • CT CNA License and 1+ year of home care experience
  • Driver's license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance with your name as the insured on the policy
  • Residence in the state of CT, RI, or MA
  • 3 References - 2 Professional, 1 Personal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, respectful, ethical
