Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Unit Completion Specialist to join our team in North Dublin.

This is a permanent role offering excellent benefits and long-term career prospects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality completion of residential units, coordinating subcontractors, managing snagging, and delivering units ready for handover.

You'll work closely with site teams, ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets are met while providing excellent customer service.

  • Oversee on-site health & safety compliance
  • Track and report on programme progress and RTS/RTO dates
  • Coordinate subcontractors and commissioning activities
  • Conduct continuous inspections and resolve quality issues
  • Manage snagging teams and unit handovers
  • Monitor site labour and materials through daily allocation sheets
  • Own units from post-plaster stage through to final handover
  • Engage with internal teams and purchasers to ensure a smooth process
  • Provide support on aftercare issues and escalate recurring problems
