As a Project Completion Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality finishes to major construction projects.

- Oversee and manage finishing works, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.\
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety standards, and environmental regulations.\
- Coordinate with contractors and sub-contractors to drive project completion efficiently.\
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain the highest standards.\
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges while ensuring timely project delivery.\
- Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.\
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful project outcomes.\
- Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress and performance.\
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address potential issues that may impact project delivery.\
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve project delivery.\
- Manage and minimize risks associated with project delivery.\
- Ensure that all project activities are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.\
- Lead by example and promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork within the project team.\
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.\
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery.\
- Participate in the development and implementation of project management plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.\
- Monitor and report on project metrics, including schedule, budget, and quality performance.\
- Lead and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and training sessions to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.\
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to develop their skills and knowledge.\
- Support and guide team members in resolving conflicts and addressing performance issues.\
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.\
- Recruit, select, and onboard new team members to ensure a smooth transition into the project team.\
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the project team.\
- Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters open communication, respect, and empathy among team members.\
