Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Support in handling HSE cases, wardships, and mental health matters
  • Contribute to applications involving sensitive and complex healthcare issues
Key Qualifications
  • Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with strong general litigation and advocacy experience in the District Court (essential)
  • Advocacy experience in Circuit Court and High Court would be an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years' PQE
