Highly skilled litigation professionals seeking a dynamic opportunity to support senior management in a leading healthcare law firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital dictation and document preparation, including pleadings, briefs, and correspondence for medical negligence cases
  • Effective collaboration with the Managing Partner to address daily challenges
  • Efficient calendar management and organisation
  • Timely and professional handling of client queries
  • Maintenance of accurate file management and secure data protection
  • Performing general administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a litigation secretary
  • Essential expertise in medical negligence
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise heavy workloads
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, diary management, case management (Evolve desirable), and discovery management
  • Strong administration skills and capacity to work independently
  • Professional communication skills and manner
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Case Management (Evolve) software
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
