Corporate Transaction Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Transaction Lawyer to join our team.

  • As a key member of the corporate team, you will advise on a wide range of high-value and complex transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, corporate restructuring, and general corporate governance.
  • You will work closely with major local, national and international clients across diverse sectors, gaining invaluable experience and the opportunity to play a key role in delivering innovative legal solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Advising on and managing corporate transactions, drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex corporate documentation.
  2. Supporting clients on governance, compliance and shareholder matters, building strong client relationships and providing commercially focused advice.
  3. Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments on cross-disciplinary matters.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (dual qualification with England & Wales desirable).
  • Strong experience in corporate transactions and commercial advisory work.
  • Excellent technical knowledge coupled with commercial acumen.
  • Outstanding communication and client relationship skills.
  • Highly motivated, with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
