Role Overview

The Associate Director of Data Governance plays a pivotal role in ensuring the company's adherence to data export control principles.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and maintains the US Bulk Data Guideline, a cornerstone of our data governance framework.
  • Ensures consistent application of executive order principles across the organization.
  • Conducts risk assessments of global activities related to sensitive U.S. bulk data, fostering a culture of compliance.
  • Defines, assesses, and tests internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure data integrity.
  • Chairs the US Bulk Data governance board, driving alignment and strategy development.

Essential Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Risk Management, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for success.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in ethics, compliance, risk management, or data governance roles, with a proven track record of leadership and expertise.
  • A deep understanding of global data privacy regulations and frameworks, enabling effective data stewardship.
