  12. Manage SAP-related tasks and address concerns when necessary.
Essential Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in a high-pressure manufacturing setting.
  • Proven leadership abilities to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing fundamentals, quality control standards, and GDP/GMP regulations.
  • Track record of driving improvements and resolving complex problems, with a focus on mentoring and collaborative work.
  • In-depth understanding of materials management, SAP implementation, and supply chain operations.
