Product Innovation Specialist

Clients in the pet food industry require talented professionals to drive product innovation. As a Research & Development Technologist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of pet nutrition.
We are seeking a driven individual to lead and support new product development projects from concept to launch across various pet food formats.
- Develop and implement strategies for product launches, ensuring they meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design recipes and oversee nutritional, palatability, and analytical trials.
- Prepare product specifications and provide technical expertise during customer visits, audits, and presentations.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
- A degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Animal Science, or similar.
- At least 2 years' experience in NPD (food or pet food industry preferred).
- Proven knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and nutrition principles.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A team player with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
