Electrical Supervisor Job Description

This role focuses on coordinating safe and high-quality electrical services installation work on site. The ideal candidate will have a background in M&E/Building Services Electrical Installation.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities ensuring safety and quality electrical services installation work
  • Manage plant and equipment, ordering materials as needed
  • Ensure electrical installations meet project specifications and Irish regulations
  • Lead by example championing safety within your crew, checking equipment and training is up-to-date
  • Conduct weekly toolbox talks, focus on Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Scheduling

The successful candidate will be an experienced Electrical Foreman/Supervisor with strong leadership skills and a passion for electrical installation. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing deadlines while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
