Accountant Position Description
">We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of our organization.
">The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
">In addition to your technical skills, you should have a strong attention to detail, be able to work independently, and possess excellent organizational skills.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Part- Qualified Accountant, ideally through CIMA, or with similar experience.">
- Strong Excel skills, especially with large datasets.">
- Comfortable using accounting systems—QuickBooks preferred, but others are welcome.">
- Naturally curious, eager to understand how our business operates, and proactive in finding process improvements.">
- Communicates clearly, works methodically, and partners well across the team.">
About the Role:
">Maintain entries, reconciliations, and journal postings in General Ledger Management">- ">
- Analyse financial data and prepare accurate financial reports.">
- Oversee daily activities of accounts assistants, ensuring timely collections while maintaining strong client relationships.">
- Suggest systems implementation and recommend enhancements in Systems & Process Improvement.">
- Manage fixed asset logs, supplier contracts, rebates, and more in Internal Register Maintenance.">
- Collaborate with external accountants for year-end statements.">
