The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance, with experience in managing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to provide strategic insights and support decision-making.
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations, assisting with audits and liaising with external auditors as needed.
- Implement and improve internal controls and accounting procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
