Cardiac Ablation Solutions Project Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Principal Project Management Specialist to join our Product Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting large, moderately complex projects, working independently to implement strategic goals and establish operational plans.
This role requires strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, and oversee capital expenditures. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interface and communicate with employees at all organizational levels.
- Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support large, moderately complex projects
- Develop and execute project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources
- Manage project budgets and oversee capital expenditures
- Ensure adherence to design control requirements
- Develop risk mitigation plans
- Travel up to 10% of the time
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess a Level 8 Degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience with ablation products and therapies, a strong understanding of medical device regulations, and proficiency in Microsoft Project and ProChain scheduling methodologies.
