BIM Model Governance and Reporting

  • Oversee the governance and maintenance of BIM360 and ACC models, ensuring compliance with project requirements and generating timely reports.

Accountability and Documentation

  • Ensure all documentation and models adhere to internal and client procedures, championing coordination meetings between stakeholders.

BIM Training and Mentoring

  • Provide training and mentorship to both on- and off-project teams, leading meetings to resolve any issues that arise.

Leadership and Team Management

  • Assist the BIM Department Manager in overseeing the BIM Lead RACI and maintain strong communication skills for effective collaboration within a multi-discipline team environment.
