Heritage Building Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Heritage Building Manager to oversee the restoration and upscale development of a protected Georgian landmark in Dublin.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all stages of the project lifecycle from preservation works to high-end hospitality redevelopment.
  • Evaluate and ensure full compliance with Irish Building Regulations, particularly those related to protected structures.
  • Negotiate with local authorities, conservation officers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with the adjacent operational hotel team, coordinating works to minimize disruption to guests and staff.
  • Lead regular site meetings, track progress, manage budgets, and resolve site issues efficiently.
Required Expertise:
  • A proven track record managing heritage building projects in Ireland.
  • A strong understanding of conservation principles and protected structure compliance.
  • Experience delivering high-quality hospitality or commercial redevelopments.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
