Project Manager, WorldFAIR at Digital Repository of Ireland

This role offers the opportunity to lead a two-year project to deliver DRI's responsibilities in the WorldFAIR project.

  • Plan and manage contributions to the WorldFAIR project by mapping how various cultural heritage communities share digital objects.
  • Develop a harmonized approach to digital object management aligning with FAIR principles and test recommendations with additional repository/cultural heritage partners.
  • Evaluate cultural heritage collections for FAIRness using the RDA FAIR data maturity model and provide feedback on its application.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, cultural heritage, and knowledge of FAIR principles. Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work with multiple stakeholders.
