Talent Supply Chain Consultant Job Description

The Talent Supply Chain Consultant plays a critical role in providing expertise to hiring managers for the facilitation of procuring the services of temporary and/or contract employees to meet client workforce needs.

  • Workforce Management: Overall workforce management in the labor market, including familiarity with procurement technology tools.
  • Program Support: Full cycle recruitment for various positions, consultation approach to hiring managers and candidates, and utilization of procurement technologies.
  • Client and Supplier Management: Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) objectives are met, build customer and supplier relationships through professional rapport, consistent follow-up, and ongoing communication.

This role involves overall workforce management, full-cycle recruitment, and building strong customer and supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the workforce supply chain to meet client requirements.
  • Providing expertise on procurement technologies to support hiring managers and candidates.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, temporary labor, or a related field, as well as excellent communication, data entry, analytical, and organizational skills.
