Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Engineering Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of the Engineering Project Delivery Team, you will be responsible for the execution of strategic multidisciplinary capital projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of strategic Engineering projects on time, within scope and in accordance with all project & business Safety & Quality goals.
  • Scope new projects, estimate costs and manage project budgets.
  • Accountable for project schedule, progress reporting and Risk Management.
  • Project Resource Management.
  • Update and influence management and project stakeholders as required.
  • Coordination of project interfaces with other projects and departments.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A third-level qualification in Engineering, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or Science.
  • At least 8 years' experience in industry, of which not less than 3 years in pharma/medical device industry and 3 years in a project management role.
  • Experience of delivering engineering projects within a GMP-regulated environment.
  • API manufacturing experience.
  • Qualification in Project Management.
