Job Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering cost-effective, win-win solutions on time and in full. This is achieved by leading focused project teams that work collaboratively and speak with one voice.

The role contributes directly to long-term sustainability and stakeholder satisfaction, including customers, suppliers, sponsors, and internal team members.

  • Lead and manage projects with low to medium complexity, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Take ownership of project scope, cost, time, and quality.
  • Apply structured project management methodologies aligned with industry and company best practices.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Science or Engineering, or related field, or equivalent job experience.
  • A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in project management, ideally in Pharma or FMCG environments.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects in regulated, protocol-driven settings.
