Export Coordinator

About the Role

The Export Coordinator role is crucial in managing relationships between our business and retail/wholesale divisions, ensuring operational efficiency and clear communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to export customers through timely product availability, accurate paperwork & certification, and supporting product information.
  • Maximise product availability by effectively collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer service agreements, track performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and escalate any issues promptly.
  • Grow sales through targeted customer engagement and relationship management strategies.
  • Ensure catalogue data accuracy, manage pricing for existing and new customers, and maintain Food Safety & Quality (FS&Q) records for traceability.
  • Develop forecasts and demand plans for customers, communicate these internally and externally, and report progress accordingly.
  • Efficiently process customer orders and provide necessary documentation to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date brand & own brand product information, including artwork, images, ingredients, nutritional information, and allergens.

What We're Looking For

We seek a seasoned professional with at least 3 years of experience in supply chain, trading, or sales roles who can leverage data insights, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in MS Office suite and Microsoft Excel.
