Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to drive sales and meet targets
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety procedures
  • Contribute to the success of the store by participating in visual merchandising and stock management activities

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

A Typical Day:

Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks designed to ensure the smooth operation of our retail store. You will be serving customers, merchandising products, preparing food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You may also have the opportunity to generate sales leads for our fuel card team.
