Customer Support Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance after delivery.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues over the phone or via video call to ensure prompt resolution and minimize downtime.
  • Effective communication with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Logistical coordination of service team callouts, guaranteeing that the right technician arrives at the correct location at the right time.
  • Handling warranty claims and arranging the return of faulty parts to suppliers.
  • Liaising with production and R&D teams to identify recurring issues and contribute to product development.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and tracking response times.
  • Contribution to building and protecting our brand by delivering outstanding customer care and ensuring seamless support experiences.
  • Occasional involvement in customer machine installations or farm visits when necessary.
