We are looking for a seasoned Facilities Operations Specialist to lead our facilities and utilities support services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver facility and utility support services that meet business needs.
  • Maintain a safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation by implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and execute change control related to the engineering function, ensuring compliance with global policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in Lean initiatives such as Gemba and Kaizen events to drive process improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Elevate issues and support resolution through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Engineering, Science, or technical discipline preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Methodology experience desired, with Green Belt certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and deliver objectives on time.
  • Experience in facilities and utilities support areas in a GMP manufacturing environment.
