High-Value Infrastructure Procurement Specialist

This senior role plays a pivotal part in delivering high-value infrastructure projects. The incumbent will manage procurement processes, lead evaluation boards, and oversee compliance processes.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with EU Directives and corporate guidelines.
- Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring consensus-driven decision-making.
- Oversee the procurement section's input to external audits, internal reviews, and compliance processes.
- Support staff development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Negotiate complex contracts, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Promote sustainability, innovation, and collaboration initiatives within the organization.
The ideal candidate possesses a third-level qualification in business, accountancy, law, or a related field, along with seven years of experience in a senior procurement role. They must have strong demonstrable experience in procurement, familiarity with public sector practices, and expertise in high-value infrastructure tendering.
The successful candidate will be an effective decision-maker, able to work independently, and foster a positive team culture. Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and supervisory management skills are essential for this role.
