Job Position: Backend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Backend Developer.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing scalable and efficient backend systems, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python 3.11+ and experience with modern development tools such as LangChain and LangGraph are highly valued.
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
  • The selected candidate will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality products on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust backend systems that meet the needs of our growing platform.
  • Collaborate with development teams to build and maintain scalable infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain APIs and backend services using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Optimize system performance and scalability to handle increasing traffic and workloads.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years+ of experience with a strong aptitude for embracing new technologies and methodologies.
  • Passion for AI with a focus on developer tools like Gen AI technologies.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with both front-end and back-end teams.
  • Typically strong knowledge of Python 3.11+, modular assembly, and collaboration.
