About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to manage a team of professionals on a large-scale residential project in North Dublin. This is a long-term career opportunity for an individual with strong RC Frame build experience and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate RC Frame sub-contractor performance to ensure high-quality results
- Coordinate logistics, including cranes and deliveries, to maintain a smooth workflow on site
- Maintain accurate records of extra works and variations, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and good building practice
- Liaise with clients in a professional manner, providing exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in a foreman's position, preferably on large-scale projects
- Strong RC Frame build experience and knowledge of construction processes
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring effective labour and sub-contractor management
Packages:
- €75k-€85k per annum, plus travel allowance and benefits package
