As a seasoned Senior Project Manager, you will lead and deliver complex fit-out construction projects from inception to completion.

This senior role is perfect for results-driven professionals with a proven ability to take ownership of the entire project lifecycle.

  • Responsibilities include leading the end-to-end delivery of projects, managing site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring programme, quality, and budget targets are met.
  • You will act as the primary client contact, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years in construction, specialising in project management, fit-out/interiors, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office, project scheduling tools (MS Project or similar), and CDE systems (Procore, BIM 360, or similar).
  • Excellent numeracy, report writing, and stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
