Planning and Environmental Law Expert

Key Role Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to clients on regulatory compliance, planning strategy, and environmental law risk.
- Drive the development of our Planning & Infrastructure Consenting practice in Ireland.
- Collaborate with colleagues across real estate, energy, and M&A teams.
- Oversee judicial review and regulatory enforcement processes.
- Supervise junior solicitors and contribute to thought leadership in planning and environmental law.
- Deliver commercially focused, solutions-driven advice to private and public sector clients.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with 5-7+ years' PQE in planning, environmental or consenting law.
- Experience advising on large-scale infrastructure, energy or real estate developments.
- Strategic thinker with a clear vision for growing a legal practice.
- Ability to manage team members and build client relationships.
- Highly motivated, commercially aware, and ready for a leadership opportunity.
