Kumon is the world's largest supplementary education provider, offering maths and English study programmes to over four million students globally. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Regional Director in Ireland & Northern Ireland.

Job Overview

Skill Enhancement and Growth Strategies
  • Support a group of franchisees to drive business expansion through student recruitment and retention at their study centers.
  • Foster strong relationships with franchisees and their students, while providing remote support.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Strategic Planning
  • Create a center visit schedule that supports franchisees and their students, while maintaining remote support.
  • Develop a strategy to achieve regional goals aligned with company objectives and identify new franchise locations to expand the network.
Requirements
  • Strong and adaptable communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Build strong relationships with franchisees and stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to drive objectives.
  • Influence colleagues through effective relationship building.
