Regional Human Resources Director

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team, overseeing human resources operations across the Leinster region.

The appointed person will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing innovative human resource strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention

  2. Engaging with staff and stakeholders to implement organisational change initiatives within the company

  3. Communicating strategic plans to all stakeholders in order to increase internal and external support

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the direct supervision of their respective human resources teams, ensuring efficient operations and providing guidance to HR Generalists in each location

  • Ensuring adherence to human resources policies and procedures in their regions, offering advice and support to HR Generalists to maintain compliance and best practices

  • Handling regional employee relations issues and ensuring consistency across facilities

Requirements:

  • 5 years human resources experience in a senior role

  • Strong understanding of employment law and human resources best practices

  • Demonstrate the ability to support and work professionally with senior managers across the business
