Overview:

Key aspects of this role involve managing Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems, with a focus on delivering high-quality installations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in M&E system management, including problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with site construction management teams, project design teams, and subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of M&E installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the coordination, installation, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems.
  • Providing support to site construction management teams in coordinating on-site M&E installations and assisting with onsite problem solving.
  • Coordinating with project design teams as required for M&E system interfaces with architectural and structural elements.
  • Overseeing M&E sub-contractors onsite, ensuring that programme and quality expectations are met.
  • Supplementing innovation and value engineering processes in consideration and implementation of best-in-class mechanical/electrical systems and products.
  • Management of Temporary Electric/Water systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Third-level education in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services.
  • 3+ years post-qualification experience in similar management roles.
  • Interest in energy management and emerging trends in residential building services design and construction.
  • Trade background an advantage but not essential.
  • Focus on deadlines and commitment to programme delivery.
