Field Service Engineer - Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to customers
  • Maintain and repair analytical laboratory instrumentation
  • Coordinate daily functions and promote high quality of service
  • Promote company brand and service capabilities
  • Identify service delivery improvements with team leads
  • Perform routine and non-routine PM/OQ and PQ tasks
  • Support other engineers as needed
  • Provide technical support to customer queries
  • Evaluate incoming fault reports and initiate appropriate measures
  • Ensure prompt handling of customer complaints

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Science or Engineering
  • A proven track record of cGxP
  • Minimum of 2 years Pharmaceutical Analytical Laboratory experience working with chromatography, dissolution, and physical testing equipment
  • Troubleshooting ability
  • Acts autonomous in the frame of guidelines and directives
  • Full, clean Irish driver's license
