Field Service Engineer - Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to customers
- Maintain and repair analytical laboratory instrumentation
- Coordinate daily functions and promote high quality of service
- Promote company brand and service capabilities
- Identify service delivery improvements with team leads
- Perform routine and non-routine PM/OQ and PQ tasks
- Support other engineers as needed
- Provide technical support to customer queries
- Evaluate incoming fault reports and initiate appropriate measures
- Ensure prompt handling of customer complaints
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Science or Engineering
- A proven track record of cGxP
- Minimum of 2 years Pharmaceutical Analytical Laboratory experience working with chromatography, dissolution, and physical testing equipment
- Troubleshooting ability
- Acts autonomous in the frame of guidelines and directives
- Full, clean Irish driver's license
