**Overview of the Position:**

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Clinical Specialist Radiographer to join our team at UPMC Aut Even Hospital. The role involves leading the operational management of Radiology IT services, working closely with the Radiology Services Manager.

**Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of Radiology systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in image capture, storage, and review.
  • Develop and implement procedures for planned/unplanned system downtime, ensuring robust 24/7/365 technical support.
  • Collaborate with staff and external stakeholders to build alignment and consensus around clinical systems implementation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical, technical, and radiological developments in radiography practice.

**Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • BSc Diagnostic Radiography qualification recognized by the Irish Institute of Radiography.
  • CORU registration and a minimum of 6 years post-graduation clinical experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years' senior-level experience in a hospital department, focusing on RIS/PACS management.
