Guest Relations Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Guest Relations Manager. As part of this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet guests entering the lobby area, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Seek feedback from customers regularly, responding promptly to any queries or concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, consistently delivering excellent service across Reception, Lobby, and Executive Lounge areas.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a luxury property is essential.
  • A luxury mindset, anticipating guests' needs and personalizing their experience.
  • A team player, collaborative, flexible, fun, and dynamic.
  • Ambitious and passionate about delivering exceptional results.
