You will consistently act as a brand ambassador, welcoming, advising and inspiring customers while meeting high standards of customer service. Your goal will be to create a welcoming environment and ensure that customer needs are met by pro-actively engaging in conversations and assisting with product selection and inquiries. Responsibilities include greeting guests on arrival, ensuring the store is stocked and clean, actively engaging with customers and guiding them in product selection and answering inquiries.We value curiosity to learn and delivering exceptional service. Charismatic individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to build positive relationships with both the team and customers. The aim is to help customers feel special by personalising the experience and offering luxury service. As a Festive Coffee Specialist, you will have opportunities to enhance your knowledge and customer service skills, with the aim of confidently guiding customers to their perfect coffee.The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively and work well under pressure. Strong organisational and time management skills are also essential.
