Customer Ambassador

Job Description:

We strive to create a fantastic customer experience for everyone who shops at our stores. As a Customer Ambassador, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service and creating lasting impressions.

This role is perfect for someone who is customer-obsessed, high-energy, and loves learning every day. With competitive pay starting at €450+ per week and flexible shifts, you'll have the opportunity to work across different tasks and with various colleagues.

We welcome applicants aged 18 or over to apply for this position, as they must be able to sell alcohol in our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers in a friendly, helpful manner
  • Implement stock loss controls to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Maintain store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Adhere to freshness and rotation principles
  • Manage waste disposal effectively
  • Assist in the stock count process
Shift Patterns:
  • Morning shift: Stocking and bakery preparation from 5am or 6am
  • Middle shift: Cleaning, presentation, customer queries, and tills from mid-morning to early afternoon
  • Late shift: Tills, restocking, and store preparation for the next day in the afternoon
Requirements:
  • A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Willingness to go above and beyond for customers
  • Responsibility, reliability, and a strong team player
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, varied environment
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential if you have the right attitude

  • €15.10 rising to €17.40 per hour after 3 years
