We are seeking a highly skilled customer experience specialist to join our team in Dublin. Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with product information, placing orders, and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Process customer returns and exchanges, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
Requirements:
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle irate or difficult customers
  • Detail-oriented and able to efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
