We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.
Job Description:
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve systemic issues.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful as a Customer Experience Specialist, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in e-commerce or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Fluency in English and German, with a deep understanding of the DACH market.
