So what will I be doing?

  • Providing customers with outstanding service as you help them with everything from sizes to purchases or returns
  • Ensuring our shop floor is always well-presented, with shelves fully stocked, fitting rooms tidy, and the latest fashions on display, while maintaining a well-organized stockroom
  • Delivering fast, friendly, efficient experiences at till points, processing queries, voids, and returns
  • Receiving, unpacking, and checking new deliveries, getting products onto the shop floor and ensuring they meet our high standards
