Strategic Security Coordinator

This role is ideal for a seasoned, experienced security professional seeking new challenges in day-to-day security operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Regional Security Operations Managers with daily security operations and project management across the global portfolio.
  • Assist Global Security Operations Manager with various projects including Crisis Management, Risk Assessment, and Security Audits.
  • Develop comprehensive security training programs for security officers and SOC operatives.
  • Coordinate SOC operations across multiple regional Security Operations Centers.
  • Support vendor management activities and develop aligned KPIs for security providers.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators and security metrics.
  • Participate in security investigations and incident response.
  • Contribute to security policy development and implementation.
  • Assist in conducting comprehensive security risk assessments and site surveys.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of corporate physical security experience, preferably in a supervisory position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field.
  • Preferred professional certification (CPP, APP, CSMP).
  • Experience in multi-site SOC operations.
  • Strong understanding of physical security systems.
  • Experience with security technology integration.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects/priorities.
  • Experience in crisis management procedures.
