Freight Export Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freight Export Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the export operations team, you will be responsible for managing full end-to-end air freight exports, preparing necessary documentation, and communicating effectively with internal and overseas stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage full end-to-end air freight exports, including preparation of all necessary documentation, invoices, air waybills, and customs declarations.
- Check post-flights daily and address any discrepancies or queries efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with internal and overseas colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and stay up-to-date on relevant policies.
- Review supplier invoices and establish strong customer relationships, ensuring clients are informed throughout the process.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in air exports.
- Knowledge of customs procedures and regulations.
- Experience and knowledge of the freight forwarding sector.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- DG Certification and temperature-controlled shipment experience desired.
