Job Title: Air Export Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Export Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a proven track record in coordinating all associated operational and administrative processes within the area of exports of the Air Freight division.

This role will involve working closely with customers and stakeholders, including warehouse teams, haulage agents and airlines, to coordinate shipment bookings from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring that operational and administrative processes are completed efficiently and effectively, while also upholding the company's high standard of customer service.

In this role you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in areas such as Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Aviation Security, as well as building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate shipments from start to finish, including booking, customs clearance and payment
  • Liaise with customers and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Ensure operational and administrative processes are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Air Freight Export operations
  • Knowledge and experience of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Aviation Cargo Security
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and planning skills
  • Able to complete 5-year background check and remote weekend duties based on business requirements
