HRS Talent Management

As a Talent Management & Learning Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving exceptional service delivery and providing functional consultation to the Talent Management & Learning (TML) functional team within EMEA. This role involves monitoring the TML functional team, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and achievement of agreed-upon performance metrics.
This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to oversee Talent Management and Learning operations, identify and recommend solutions for talent management and development needs and skills gaps. You will manage and oversee the work of HRS TML team members, provide leadership, evaluate performance, and drive a high level of customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Talent Management and Learning operations to identify and recommend solutions for talent management and development needs and skills gaps.
- Manage and oversee the work of HRS TML team members, provide leadership, evaluate performance, and drive a high level of customer service.
- Partner with TML Practice and Program Owners to design, implement, manage, and deliver TML programs.
- Drive day-to-day performance of their HRS TML team by monitoring, tracking and interpreting SLA metrics.
About Our Ideal Candidate:
You must have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Organization Development, or related field. Relevant experience in managing HR processes for Talent Management and Learning is required. Fluency in English is essential. Experience leading teams within a similar organization and matrixed structure is preferred.
