Technical Project Lead for Global Engineering Operations

This is an exciting opportunity to join our innovative engineering team as a Senior Technical Project Manager.

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled project manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation and timelines.
  • Oversee and support site teams and contractors in equipment installation and commissioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, CE marking, and other relevant standards.
  • Identify and resolve recurring equipment and process faults; recommend improvements.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Regular global travel as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a technical project management role, preferably in design.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical systems.
  • Able to read and create 2D & 3D engineering drawings (AutoCAD, SolidWorks desirable).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Flexible approach to working hours and global travel.
