The role of a Training and Development Specialist is to provide systematic training according to specified curricula, ensuring that learners gain the necessary knowledge, skills, and confidence to secure progression outcomes.
Key responsibilities include facilitating participants in developing their skills and abilities, meeting key performance indicators in relation to learner placement and progression, and achieving certification targets.
Additionally, this role involves liaising with relevant stakeholders to maintain programme allocations, providing support and guidance to learners with additional needs, and working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
Requirements- A minimum of 3rd level standard education and training, preferably in a specialized field.
- Proven experience of working in a training environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting performance targets.
- Ability to work effectively with people with intellectual disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
