
School Engagement Liaison Officer

The role of Education Engagement Officer for Northern Ireland serves as a vital link between schools and educational organisations in the region.
This position involves actively engaging with educators to promote and support their participation in various initiatives related to film, games, and creative media.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that schools and teachers have access to a range of educational resources, training, and opportunities.
They will collaborate closely with the Northern Ireland team to provide tailored support and foster meaningful connections between schools, the creative arts, and industry partners.
The role may require occasional weekend work and extended hours, as well as regular travel to designated regions and occasionally elsewhere in the UK.
Main Responsibilities:- Engage proactively with schools, teachers, and educational stakeholders across Northern Ireland to raise awareness of available programmes and resources.
- Deliver educational activities, including school workshops, screenings, and industry events, tailored to local needs.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with schools, creative organisations, and industry bodies to support programme delivery.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of Northern Ireland-specific programmes.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure a joined-up approach to programme delivery, KPI achievement, and budgetary oversight.
- Ensure programmes respond to local needs while feeding into UK-wide initiatives.
- Manage local partnerships and relationships, utilising CRM data to inform programme design.
- Support the existing Northern Ireland team with locally funded projects and initiatives.
Additional duties may be assigned.

- Contribution to long-term planning for growth.
- Regular monitoring and evaluation of Into Films' work.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in designing engaging educational programmes and establishing partnerships with schools and industry stakeholders.
A track record of effective communication and interpersonal skills is essential.
