About the Role

The role of a Financial Support Associate is to provide assistance to the wider team by completing routine tasks. They will support clients and other team members, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard while promoting the Xeinadin vision and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting more senior colleagues in liaising with clients to gather information and communicate with clients on routine matters.
  • Providing assistance on audit engagements, preparing sole trader, partnership, and Ltd company accounts, corporation tax returns, VAT returns, and management accounts.
  • Attending client premises and communicating verbally and in writing with external clients.
  • Ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard in terms of timeliness and technical competence.
  • Participating in teamwork and activities enhancing standards for the business and client.
  • Representing the firm internally and externally in a professional manner through appearance, conduct, and attitude.
  • Delivering the Xeinadin vision and values.

Requirements

This is an entry-level role, working towards AAT/ACA/ACCA or IATI desirable. Additional requirements include comfort and liking of numbers, attention to detail, process-driven, strong interpersonal and communication skills, dependable and reliable team player, professional manner and appearance at all times, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, confidentiality, and strong computer/Microsoft Office skills.
