Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our Programme Controls team, you will play a critical role in delivering transformational programmes and making a lasting impact on the built environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop individual Project Gantt Charts using Primavera P6, in accordance with our standard Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). You will also co-ordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders to identify realistic durations for all activities across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing leads, lags, contingency allowances, and dependencies to identify the critical path for each project
  • Combining individual project schedules into a Master Programme Schedule in Primavera P6
  • Maintaining and updating individual project schedules on a monthly cycle
  • Performing contractor schedule reviews and analysis
  • Evaluating project changes and amendments for impact on budget and schedule

You will also assist with the development of Earned Value Analysis monitoring and prepare reports for the Project Management Team. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to facilitate efficient project management within the Programme Controls team.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent technical degree
  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in project scheduling
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and excellent communication skills
